7. Data Retention

Active accounts

Personal data associated with active client accounts is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus any applicable retention period.

After termination

Following account termination or service cancellation, we retain personal data for a period of ninety (90) days to facilitate data retrieval and migration. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Legal and compliance retention

Certain data may be retained for longer periods as required by law, including: - Financial and billing records: retained for seven (7) years for tax and accounting compliance - Security logs: retained for one (1) year for security analysis and incident investigation - Legal correspondence: retained as needed for the resolution of disputes

Anonymized data

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify individuals indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted using industry-standard data destruction methods or irreversibly anonymized.
