H1Cloud, a division of H1 Cloud Technologies, collects personal data in order to provide, improve, and secure our services. The types of data we may collect include:

While we implement industry-leading security practices, no system is entirely immune to risk. We commit to notifying affected clients promptly in the event of a data breach in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Third-Party Sharing
H1Cloud does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf to support our operations. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for the specified purposes.
Legal requirements
We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers

7. Data Retention
H1Cloud retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
Active accounts
Personal data associated with active client accounts is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus any applicable retention period.
After termination
Following account termination or service cancellation, we retain personal data for a period of ninety (90) days to facilitate data retrieval and migration. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Legal and compliance retention
Certain data may be retained for longer periods as required by law, including: - Financial and billing records: retained for seven (7) years for tax and accounting compliance - Security logs: retained for one (1) year for security analysis and incident investigation - Legal correspondence: retained as needed for the resolution of disputes
Anonymized data
We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify individuals indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted using industry-standard data destruction methods or irreversibly anonymized.

We aim to respond to all privacy-related inquiries within thirty (30) days. For complex requests, we may extend this period by an additional sixty (60) days, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.
